Pond Profile Service
Did you just buy a home that has an existing pond and you are wondering how to take care of it? Maybe you've had a pond for a while that has always given you trouble? Our Pond Profile service is designed secifically for those customers that own a pond and need assistance/advice on how to properly take care of their pond. We will send a service professional to your home to meet with you and to your pond and provide you with suggestions on how to maintain your pond.
General Maintenance/Service Calls - Periodically you will have maintenance issues (pump replacements, String Algae Issues, Leaks, etc.) that you either do not know how to or do not wish to resolve. Our professional service technicians are only a phone call away.
Special Event Maintenance Services - Having a special event? An H2O Designs trained maintenance professional will come to perform basic maintenance tasks for you to ensure your Water Feature is ready for all of your guests enjoyment
“Pond Sitting” Services- Are you planning an extended vacation or maybe work is going to take you away for a month or so? Then this service is perfect for you. Simply sign up for one of our Scheduled Maintenance packages for a month or 2 and we will make sure your pond stays in pristine condition while you’re gone.

Our routine maintenance services are designed for those of you that are either very busy individuals, travel often in your profession, or simply want your water feature professionally maintained so all you have to do is enjoy it. Please remember that your water feature is LOW Maintenance, NOT Maintenance free. All packages are based on a monthly payment basis. All Regular maintenance customers will receive the following products and services as part of our maintenance packages. The program is designed for you to have no further maintenance costs associated with your pond.
