What are KOIns?

KOIns are H₂O Designs way of saying thank you for being a repeat customer at our Pond Store (Located Behind Kohls & Sam's Club in Nicholasville Ky). KOIns come in the form of a custom designed "poker chip" coin. KOIns can be redeemed in the H2O Designs Aquatic Garden Center towards the purchase of products (1 KOIn = $1). It is really simple. The more you shop with H2O Designs the more KOIns you earn.

How Do I sign up for the KOIns Program?

Simple just make a purchase. We will provide you with your KOIns upon checkout. 

How Do I Earn KOIns?

There are a couple of ways to earn KOIns.

• Pond Store Shopping: Purchase form our Pond Store and earn 10% for your total purchase. Example: Buy $100 worth of product and earn 10 KOIns worth $10 off your next in store purchase.

• Customer Referrals: Provide us contact information for friends, families, or co-workers that may be considering a water feature.
  • If They schedule a design consultation with us Earn 10 KOIns.
  • If they decide to have us install a water feature for them you earn 200 KOIns.

• Special Events: Contact us to join our mailing list and receive special KOIn promotions for services and events.

What can I spend my KOIns on?

KOIns are limited to purchases from our Pond Store Only.

Do my KOIns expire?

NO. Spend them to recieve discounts every time you shop or save your KOIns and buy yourself that special Christmas present you've been admiring all year or give them to a friend. It is Totally up to you.
