This is one of the primary aspects of our company that makes H2O Designs Inc. the premier water garden & Pond resource in Kentucky. It is so simple that it should be automatic to every true Pond Store. However, surprisingly enough it is not. What I am referring to is simple education of our customers on the products that they purchase and the proper maintenance of these systems. We do not want "One Time" customers. Our goal is to earn and keep our customers for a lifetime. To achieve this we set the bar high for ourselves so that we can exceed your expectations in every aspect of our relationship. Below you will find some of the services that we provide our customers on a daily basis.

In Store Design Consultations

If you are considering installing a water feature of any kind we are here to help you with every step from design and location through the actual excavation and installtion of the products. You get the exact same expertise and focus as an onsite consultation. The only difference is that you come to our Pond Store. Just follow these simple steps to take advantage of our free professional consultation services.

Step 1: Call to schedule an appointment with one of our designers
Step 2: Bring photos of your proposed site along with general dimensions of the area. If you know what type of feature you are considering then great. Otherwise we can go over the different options and propose a design that works for you and your yard.
Step 3: Once we have decided on the size and location you will need to decide whether you would like to hire our professional installation crew to complete the work or if you are willing to tackle this task for yourself. We can help you make this decision by providing you with an installation quote and a DIY products quote containing the list of materials you will need to complete the job.
Step 4A : If you have decided to have your feature professionally installed we will schedule an installation date and set up a complimentary onsite consultation.
Step 4B : If you have decided to tackle the project yourself we will put together your order and explain in detail the various components of your system.
Step 5 (DIY Only): We will be there for you to walk you through each step of the process and make sure you know how to properly install and maintain all of the components that you purchase from us.

We host several informational seminars throughout the year that focus on everything from Spring Startups all the way to Build a Pond Days. Our seminars are the perfect way for you to gain the knowledge needed to maintain your existing feature or to make intelligent choices concerning your future Water Feature project.

Build A Pond Days

What better way to learn how to build your future backyard paradise could you think of other than working side by side with the most creative and knowledgable water feature installers in the area? That's right 1-2 times a year we host the area's only hands on Build a Pond day seminars. Work along side our installation professionals and learn the techniques that produce low maintenance naturally appealing ponds and waterfalls. You will be walked through every aspect of building a beautiful Ecosystem Pond, Pondless Waterfall, our decorative Fountain. We will cover each stage of the process that includes:
