H2O Designs Inc was established in 2005 by Jeff Duggins of Lancaster KY as a small family owned water feature Installation Company. Over the last 4 years H2O Designs has shown tremendous growth in their Installation Division and have since added a full service maintenance division as well as a retail aquatic garden center to assist DIY customers and existing pond owners.
