We had a fairly big job (by our standards), an outdoor kitchen and patio. Jeff worked up a great, and flexible plan. Worked with us to stay in our budget. Adapted things as we proceeded through project. All craftsmen did great work. With any big job there is bound to be a couple minor issues. Just take a look at the pictures I'm sending in with this review. The pond itself looks great in large part to the granite boulders used to hold down the liner and "define" the pond boundaries. Quality work, quality materials mean less problems and maintenance. Jeff has always been there for any type of follow-up. As folks should realize, these ponds aren't self-sufficient and need regular upkeep with special bacteria, water conditioners, pump maintenance, etc. Since the pond was installed, Jeff (H2O Designs) have been our "go-to" folks for any pond related upkeep products. Jeff has always been available by phone when there are any type of emergency! Great work and I'd recommend Jeff and H2O designs for anyone that would like a pond or water garden. Beverly B.
