Additional Service Charges - Plan pricing is based on a single water feature with a maximum size of 150 sq ft of pond surface area and up to a 10 ft stream. Additional fees may be applied for multiple water features or larger ponds and fountains.
Travel Fees - H2O Designs reserves the right to apply an additional travel charge for addresses that are not in our immediate service area.
Liability - Our maintenance services will help ensure you have a healthy and beautiful pond all year. However, some issues are beyond our control and therefore H2O Designs will not take responsibility for any issues that cannot be directly attributed to negligence on the part of H2O Designs Inc.
Termination of Services - Preventive maintenance services may be cancelled by the customer at anytime contingent on a 15 day notice. Customer shall be financially responsible for any maintenance services performed prior to cancellation notice.
**VIP Membership Discounts - VIP memberships are included for all new customers and existing customers that have fulfilled 12 months of continuous maintenance services. Any suspension of maintenance services Will result in additional charges for VIP membership discount privileges.
